Things are constantly changing and evolving in our business and we’re always looking for ways to make things better for our clients. Whether it be their experience with us or the products we offer, we always want them to have the best. With that said I’d like to share some new changes we are making in regards to our wedding packages and photo delivery. Up until last year, all of our clients received discs of their wedding photos along with their albums or other products they had chosen. In the digital age where new opportunities are arising I figured it was time for a change, one that would benefit our clients in a new and exciting way.
While I don’t mind making discs, I felt as though it wasn’t giving our clients the best viewing experience for their wedding photos. What happens when a bride goes for coffee with a friend and wants to show her photos from their wedding? Or if a couple is out and about and wants to show off their wedding photos but isn’t near a computer? A disc or USB would be pretty useless in that case. With PASS, the bride or groom can access their wedding photos straight to their phone or mobile device quickly and easily, it doesn’t get much better than that! That is why going forward we’re excited to include a PASS gallery with ALL of our wedding packages.
Now you’re probably wondering, what is PASS?
PASS is a beautifully simple and user-friendly photo-sharing tool. Having PASS as part of our business has given us the ability to provide our clients with an amazing photo delivery and viewing experience. Once we complete a wedding, we deliver all of the couple’s high resolution images straight to their very own PASS gallery. Instead of a disc that could get scratched or damaged, or a small USB drive that could get easily lost, our client’s high resolution photos are immediately available for them to access any time or anywhere.
