When I look at these photos of Steph and baby Archer it reminds me of the unconditional love a momma has for her babe. It’s definitely something I can relate with these days and it’s one of the best feelings ever. It’s also adorable how much Dave loves his little guy. From day one – I think he was smitten! Steph has become another momma and friend that I confide in with anything baby related. We are constantly texting about the lack of sleep our babes had the night before, or the funny faces they make in the tub – my favourite are the diaper accident stories. It’s funny what your life revolves around once you become a parent. Being a new mom, it’s great to have friends who are in the same boat to talk to and share with and confide in. This family has been so nice to us, and one of these days if the sun stays out – we might finally get our hubbies and babies out of the house for malts at the Pink Cadillac! ;)
We did these photos about 4 weeks after Archer was born this past fall (yes, it’s taken me awhile to post!). I was about 28 weeks pregnant at the time and had no idea what I was in for. It seemed like yesterday and already this little man is close to 6 months old now! It’s been fun to watch Archer grow to see what’s around the corner for Smith and I.
